1. Monthly commission rate is determined based on the number of Total Member Nett Win Loss and Total Active Players; whichever requirement to be fulfilled first.
Partners will remain at the lower tier of the commission rate for the following month until successfully fulfilling both requirements needed to move on to the following tier.
2. Negative revenue for any given month will be carried forward to the following month.
3. All partners are subjected to promotion bonus/ rebate costs incurred during member acquisition.
The costs will be deducted from the revenue by the end of the month.
4. These costs may include the following: Promotion bonuses, Transaction Fees & Royalty Fees:

Profit-Sharing Payment Method
- Profits will be computed once a month and will be released before the 10th of the month.
- Profit amount will be paid through partner’s desired wallet; based on currency selected during registration.
- After profit withdrawal request submitted, profits will be issued to bank account within 3 working days.
*Bank account name has to be same as registration name
- Minimum profits withdrawal amount for local bank transfer is MYR 50
- CusBoa retains the right to change the partnership program plan and method of calculation
